Cochon555 would be happy to organize and produce “Licensed / Custom” Event(s) within a mutually agreed upon budget and timetable. Our agency will manage all events’ details and production needs including but not limited to: coordination with talent, food, beverage, vendors, décor, equipment rental, audio visual, venue layout, staffing (e.g. security, cleaning, other independent contractors, etc.), videographer and photographer. Our agency will perform the services in a professional manner with all reasonable skill and care using properly trained and qualified personnel in accordance with industry best practice and standards including complying with regulations and municipal compliances. The Client will provide a licensing fee, a venue selection committee, and administrative support necessary for successful events.  


Brand licensing, turn-key execution, event management, culinary liaison (chefs / farms), sponsorship fee development, partnership fulfillment, and budget management. All event expenses relating to food, beverage, travel, rentals, overhead, audio visual and limited public relations / social media support as outlined in scope of work.


Licensing fees, venue costs, and additional expenses incurred by Agency staff in association with the event and as agreed to in the budget.

COCHON555 is our Signature Event, an event filled with a lavish 30-course tasting menu taken standing up, a friendly competition of five of the nation's top chefs cooking one whole, heritage breed pig from a local family farm. From nose-to-tail this event is a stand up reception with “pop-up” culinary experiences including artisan cheeses, ethically sourced seafood and vegetable experiences, rare, premium and historic beverage preparations all at the desire of the client. At the heart of all Cochon555 events lies a culinary competition of five chefs presenting 6 dishes each, all to be scored by guests and celebrity judges, who vote on the best bite of the day. The winner of the event will advance Grand Cochon, the tour finale in Chicago September 1st, 2018 and will compete against ten regional winners.

HERITAGE BBQ by Cochon555 is a friendly competition showcasing a group top 15+ chefs cooking a multitude of global grilling expressions, i.e. BBQ’s from around the world like Hibachi, Korean BBQ, Kansas City, Texan, Asado, Char Siu, Braai, Satay, and Barbacoa. This is a “World’s BBQ Fair” exhibition, from nose-to-tail this event features more than 40 chef-prepared dishes in an all-inclusive stand up reception with “pop-up” culinary experiences including artisan cheeses, sustainable seafood, whiskies, ciders, craft beers and premium wines.

Heritage Fire is a hyper-local, whole animal, live-fire bacchanal. It celebrates the raising, cooking, and eating of heritage breed animals (beef, lamb, goat, rabbit, fish, birds) raised with purpose and passion. Each event features 2,500+ pounds of fire-kissed meats and vegetables roasted en plein air by celebrated chefs. A decadent event featuring endless helpings of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, free-flow boutique beverages from around the globe, desserts and more. Heritage Fire is winterized for colder months, perfect for summer product launches.

ALL-STAR COCHON is a collective of chefs and butchers from ten years of the Cochon555 Tour. The chefs are the royal court, they are the kings, the queens, the champions of the tour. Star-studded, flavor-packed, pork-filled, this non-competition tasting event features chef favorites in a Hawker Centre (stand-up night market reception format) with vibrant flavors, experiences and beverages. Chefs present dishes from their favorite Chinese, Sichuan, Korean, Thai, and Japanese restaurants from across the world! Bright, delightful, refreshing and an a magical experience.

EPIC COCHON is an most epic seated dinner feast because best chefs work concert to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime culinary event. This is Cochon555’s most coveted expression. This is a celebration of the relationships between the farmer, forager and chef. A collective romance of flavor extends our culinary boundaries paired with premium beverages. A group of chefs each will prepare [1] Porcelet de Lait from St. Canut Farms in Canada, the most prized suckling pig in North America. Each chef can enhance the presentation with [1] ultra premium ingredient to take guests over the top (truffle, lobster, foie gras, king crab, kobe, sea urchin). Seated or stand-up, the format is flexible.

This is a priceless dinner. Ten “best of the best” celebrity chefs deliver a once-in-a-lifetime dinner for your “best of the best”. Each chef cooks a specialized menu for a table of guests, presents the animal whole table-side with two sides, carved and plated family-style for 10 tables of 10 people. Beverages and talent are over the top.

For example, our client Rioja, Spain's most prominent wine region, came to Cochon555 with a challenge to create a ground up Rioja Wine & Tapas Festival, something that would surpass their festivals in London and Mexico City. Going on four years, this is the biggest and most flavorful Spanish festival for the United States and Rioja. As a result, Rioja continues to be respected in the culinary industry for its authentic programming, special tastings, flights, food pairings, and good will amongst restaurants, media, sommeliers and wine professionals throughout the country. PUNCH KINGS is a whole bottle punch competition featuring the nation’s top barkeeps. Each contestant faces the challenge of creating a hand-crafted punch featuring one whole bottle of sponsored spirit and presenting to a panel of 10 celebrity judges. The winning barkeep advances to the season finale called “Last Call” that takes place during the Grand Cochon weekend in Chicago September 30th. We are happy to attach a great spirit competition at any contracted event.

SOMM SMACKDOWN is a great bolt-on experience for all Cochon555 events. Running in tandem with amazing food, the nation’s top sommeliers “or cicerons” face the challenge of pairing their selection to dishes prepared by the chefs. During the event, a panel of 10 celebrity judges select a winner and takes home the grand prize presented by the sponsor.
