Whether during intimate master classes, signature events or pop-up charity dinners, we run a red thread through all we do - creating a powerful common narrative and experience that appeals to guests and influencers alike. Cochon555 all started with a simple idea: let’s start a conversation about how our food is raised and connect stakeholders in the industry more directly.

2019 - Our Ten Year Anniversary Tour - Cochon555 is a franchise for innovative food, drink, and cultured experiences. It is also an event with a greater mission: to support family farmers and celebrate the good food movement through education and awareness. From ideation to concept development, it provides turnkey activations for partners filled with massive media impressions across social media platforms.

THE TEN YEAR TOUR

COCHON555 - REGIONAL COMPETITIONS (600-700ppl) This one-of-a-kind culinary tour features five chefs cooking five heritage breed pigs in a friendly competition for a cause. After a dual guest/judge vote, the winner is crowned the “Princess/Prince of Porc”. The  tour kicks off in January, connecting quality-consumers, restaurateurs, and trade with family farmers, winemakers, brewers, and distillers while contributing to charity.

HERITAGE FIRE: LIVE-FIRE (800-1000 ppl) Heritage Fire is a hyper-local, whole animal, live-fire bacchanal. It celebrates the raising, cooking, and eating of heritage breed animals (beef, lamb, goat, rabbit, fish, birds) raised with purpose and passion. Each event features 3,500+ pounds of fire-kissed meat roasted en plein air by 50+ chefs for food and wine enthusiasts. 100% collaboration, no competition - just fun cooking over fire with new and old friends. We hope you can join us!
